1. Custom Designs and Special Orders
All custom-made jewelry and specially sourced gemstones are Final Sale. Once a design has been approved and production has commenced, or a specific stone has been purchased on your behalf, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. The Sourcing Phase (Our Guarantee)
We pride ourselves on our ability to find the perfect lab-grown diamond for your project.
- Failure to Source: In the rare event that we are unable to source a lab-grown diamond that meets the specific criteria (Color, Clarity, Cut, and Carat weight) agreed upon during your consultation, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your initial deposit.
- Our Commitment: If we cannot deliver the stone we promised, it is our failure to source, and you will not be penalized.
3. Quality Assurance and Repairs
While we do not offer returns for "change of heart," we stand behind the craftsmanship of our master goldsmiths.
- Manufacturing Defects: If a piece is found to have a structural manufacturing defect upon delivery, please contact us within [48] hours. We will coordinate with our bench jeweler to repair or rectify the issue at no cost to you.
- Wear and Tear: This policy does not cover damage due to improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear (such as bent prongs or scratched gold).
